Ebonyi State Lead representative, Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, has said that his administration will begin the installment of benefits and tip accumulations owed retired people from 2022 to 2023 by December this year.
Nwifuru committed to the responsibility as he started paying tips and benefits unpaid debts to retired people in the state which has waited from 1996 to 2021.
