In a Charge No: CR/348/2022 recorded under the watchful eye of the court, ICPC is blaming Damisa for manufacturing a Testament of Four year certification in scientific studies (BSc) Certificate in Policy implementation from Enugu State College of Science and Innovation (ESUT).
